What makes a useful message
Section titled “What makes a useful message”For a correction, include:
- the exact page URL and statement you believe is wrong;
- a primary source, reproducible test, or calculation that supports the correction;
- the date you checked the source; and
- any version, region, plan, model revision, or hardware detail that changes the result.
For a topic request, tell us the decision the article should help a reader make. “Compare two models” gives little direction. “Compare their tool-call reliability for a customer-support agent with strict JSON output” gives us a testable question.
We also welcome public datasets, evaluation methods, failure cases, cost examples, and documentation changes that add evidence rather than marketing claims.
How the contact form works
Section titled “How the contact form works”The form runs in your browser. When you select Prepare email, the page creates a draft and asks your device to open its configured email application. Review the recipient, subject, and message, then press Send in that application.
The website does not receive, transmit, or store the form fields before your email application opens. After you send, the message travels through your email provider, Cloudflare Email Routing for glm52.ai, and the destination mailbox used by the GLM52.ai editorial team. Those providers may process and retain the email under their own terms.

What not to send
Section titled “What not to send”Do not send:
- passwords, API keys, session cookies, private keys, or recovery codes;
- confidential source code, customer data, or documents you lack permission to share;
- unnecessary identity, health, payment, or government-ID information;
- executable attachments or unsolicited bulk promotion; or
- legal notices that require a formal service method.
Use a public link when a source is already available online. Redact secrets and personal information from logs or screenshots before sharing them.
Response expectations
Section titled “Response expectations”We read messages for editorial relevance, but we cannot promise a reply or publication. A topic request may become an article, a revision to an existing page, an internal research note, or no change when evidence does not support the proposal.
Corrections receive priority when they identify a material factual error and include a reliable source. We may ask for clarification or reproduce a test before changing a page. Commercial relationships, affiliate offers, and requests for coverage do not guarantee favorable treatment.
